METZELER RACETEC SM 165/55/17 K2

RACETEC™ SM compounds are differentiated between front and rear tyres.
Fronts are 100% silica compound with a reduced porosity, capable to ensure fast warm up and self-cleaning properties when riding in the off-road section of the track.
RACETEC™ SM can be used also without tyre warmers.
RACETEC™ SM front tyre compound choice should be based on asphalt friction coefficient (high severity/friction and low severity/friction, depending on the circuit or road race) and asphalt temperature (with the threshold being around 25°/30° degree).

Note: K0 = Super Soft, K1 = Soft, K2 = Medium.
Temperature scale refers to tyre operating temperature. Compound choice can vary depending on bike setup and riding style.
